Green Acres Lawn & Landscaping Corporation is Hiring a Production Manager Near Wilmington, DE
Green Acres Landscaping is seeking a Production Manager at our Central Office located in Wilmington, Delaware. This position requires a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a killer upbeat attitude.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and extremely detail oriented. This position will require an independent thinker that has the full administrative capabilities to support our team. This is a fulltime position.
POSITION SUMMARY
Candidates should be able to assist management and staff by managing Work Tickets, Purchase Receipts, providing polite and professional assistance with incoming calls and emails, entering billing and contract information into our CRM while generally being a helpful and positive presence. This position also requires a working knowledge of various materials and standards within the industry.
BASIC DUTIES
- Handling office tasks such as filing, generating contracts, setting up for on site meetings
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for our field team
- Screening phone calls and capturing information from potential clients
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and written correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system
- Enter information into our newly redesigned CRM system
